Who we are

20eighty is a delivery margin practice run by Gary Magnone through Highrise Consulting, Inc. For privacy questions, email gary@20eighty.co.

What we collect

• The quiz. Your first name, email, agency website, your agency’s revenue range, and your answers.
• The contact form. Your name, email, agency, and your note.
• Booking a call. Google Calendar collects your name and email when you book. Google’s privacy policy covers that part.

This site doesn’t use analytics, ad tracking or tracking cookies. The fonts load from Google Fonts.

How we use it

We use what you send to show your quiz results, reply to you, and follow up about working together. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone outside the tools that run the site and the inbox it goes to.

Where it’s kept

Form entries are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and sent to Gary by email.

During an Assessment

If your agency runs Timeglass for the Delivery Margin Assessment, your agency signs up with Timeglass directly, and Timeglass’s own privacy policy applies. On our side:

• It only captures the apps your team approves
• Anyone can pause it at any time
• Each person reviews their entries before they’re shared
• Results show roles, never names
• Data is deleted after 30 days

Timeglass is SOC 2 Type II certified.

The financial and team data your agency shares during an engagement is used only for that work and kept confidential. We delete it 90 days after the engagement ends. You keep the report, and we keep a copy for our records. We only share numbers from it with your written OK.
